Welcome to SilverBack Advertising

Let’s get your campaigns set up the right way — fast and stress-free.

This quick onboarding checklist helps us connect the tools we need to launch your campaigns smoothly and report real results from day one.

The setup usually takes about 5-10 minutes, and we'll guide you step-by-step below.

This allows us to:

  • Track leads and phone calls

  • Measure real performance

  • Optimize campaigns correctly

  • Manage your local visibility

  • Ensure accurate reporting


You remain the owner of all accounts. We are simply being added as a manager so we can do our job effectively.

Step 1 - Google Analytics (Required)

This allows us to track website traffic, leads, and conversions.


What to do:

  1. Go to https://analytics.google.com
  2. Click Admin (bottom left)
  3. In the left column (Account), click Account Access Management
  4. Click the blue + button → Add users
  5. Enter: analytics@silverbackadvertising.com
  6. Select Administrator
  7. Click Add


✔ Please add us at the Account level (left column), not just the Property level.



Step 2 - Facebook / Instagram

(If Running Meta Ads)

This allows us to manage your Facebook and Instagram advertising.


What to do:

  1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings
  2. Click Partners
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select Give a partner access to your assets
  5. Enter our Business Manager ID: 411301985719558
  6. Grant access to: Your Facebook page
  7. Click Save



Step 3 - Google Business Profile

(If doing SEO or Reputation Management)

This allows us to manage your Google listing, reviews, and local visibility.


What to do:

  1. Go to https://business.google.com
  2. Select your dealership location
  3. Click Business Profile settings
  4. Click People and access
  5. Click Add
  6. Enter: [agency email address]
  7. Select Manager (not Owner)
  8. Click Invite


You remain the primary owner.


Step 4 - Website Tracking Setup (Google Tag Manager) (Required)

To properly track leads and calls, we will send you a Google Tag Manager (GTM) container code.


Please forward that code to your website provider and ask them to:

  • Install this Google Tag Manager container code on all pages of the website, immediately after the opening <head> tag.


This does not change your website design.

It simply ensures tracking works properly.

Campaign launch and performance reporting depend on proper tracking installation.

Once your website provider confirms installation, let us know so we can verify.
