With more than 21 years of marketing, advertising, and merchandising background across a wide variety of retail verticals, he is dedicated to bringing strong brand experience to consumers and a great work culture for employees.
Shane joined SilverBack Advertising seven years ago as a partner with Jeff Cossar, after spending the
previous 14 years in automotive marketing and merchandising with Hyundai Motor America and Ford
Credit. While at Hyundai, he oversaw distribution and vehicle logistics before heading up marketing for
the largest and most successful region in the country. He joined SilverBack after completing his Master
of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from WVU. He has a passion for building strong
strategies
to go along with premium advertising delivery. His ability to identify the story behind the data
has made him a sought-after speaker about digital advertising.

Shane
Outside of the office you will rarely find him at home. He is likely to be out training for his next distance triathlon, transporting his kids to and from activities, cooking dinner, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, Kayaking, or planning his family's next beach vacation. He loves to be active and travel with his family to explore this great planet and all its people and wonders!
