As Google continues to make changes they recently added “Reviews from the Web.” This allows searchers to see your reviews from other sources not just Google.
Google may show reviews from up to three other sources including Dealer Rater, Cars.com, Facebook, CarGurus, Edmunds.com, Yelp, Facebook, and Cars.com.
What Does this Mean for you?
Continue to recognize the importance of reviews. 97% of Millennials read reviews and customers trust online reviews as much if not more than recommendations from friends and family! Take time to check your reputation online. What review sources do you need to focus on the most? Pick one or two sources to focus on and make sure everyone at your dealership is aware. After you’ve improved those sources move to your second or third most relevant source.
